Janice Tam

Janice Tam is a finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Squint since September 2025, Janice previously held the position of Head of Finance and Operations at Poggio, where significant contributions included leading finance, compliance, and legal functions as the first finance hire. Prior roles include Finance and Operations Lead at Persona, where Janice established key financial functions, and International Finance Manager at Impossible Foods, overseeing finance processes for international expansions. At Stripe, as Finance and Accounting Manager, Janice acted as Director of Finance and played a pivotal role in scaling operations significantly. Earlier in the career journey, Janice worked at PwC in assurance and tax, further enhancing a solid foundation in finance with education from Boston College Carroll School of Management and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
