Jim Schattin currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Squint since December 2025. Previously, Schattin held the position of SVP, Customer Success at Placer.ai from April 2024 to December 2025. Prior to that role, Schattin was the Chief Customer Officer at Algolia from October 2020 to April 2024, and spent over a decade at Alteryx in various leadership roles including EVP, SVP, and VP of Customer Success, where significant contributions included the establishment of a Pre-Sales Engineering team. Earlier experience includes positions as a Product Manager at Alteryx and S&P Global, along with roles as Senior GIS Analyst and Spatial Products Director at S&P Global. Schattin earned a BS in Earth and Environmental Science from Lehigh University.
