Ross Gill specialises in local and sub-national economic development, including strategy preparation, local economic analysis, project feasibility, business case development, external funding and action planning. Recently, much of his work has focused on sector and cluster development and on the preparation of local economic and industrial strategies, with clients including local enterprise partnerships, local authorities and universities.
Ross also brings a strong understanding of practical delivery and partnership development. Before joining SQW in 2016, he had 17 years' experience in a number of operational and strategic roles in economic development, most recently as Head of Economic Strategy and Partnerships at Kent County Council.
