Stefania Simion

Stefania Simion is an applied micro-economist with a focus on econometric analysis and research methodologies, currently serving as a Managing Consultant at SQW since 2024. With 12 years of experience in academic research, Stefania has worked extensively with various micro-level datasets and presented findings at international conferences. They have held teaching roles at several universities, including serving as a Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of Bristol from 2019 to 2022 and have been recognized for their teaching excellence. Stefania earned a PhD in Economics from Queen Mary, University of London, and holds master’s degrees from both the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and The University of Edinburgh.
