We are an award winning building and construction firm based in Lancaster and have been trading for over 10 years. We started solely in the domestic sector but later branched out to the commercial sector where we have established a strong foothold with a solid client base. We believe this is due to the speed at which we complete refurbishments giving the business owner less complications due to covering overheads etc while the work is ongoing, and also providing a quality finish at the same time. We have undergone and have continuing work with Lancaster University, Diamond Resorts, Lancaster Brewery, Clarity Leisure, and many more bars and establishments. We offer round the clock contact with our project managers to answer any question or queries you may have regarding your project. Our bespoke suppliers help with materials that can’t be supplied from the usual outlets and so give any restaurant/bar a style that can’t be duplicated. We are members of the FMB (the Federation of Master Builders), who have recently awarded us the North West 2019 winner of the Large Renovation Project. We have a huge portfolio of work which demonstrates the high quality of work we deliver. We have a loyal team of employed staff and also a hand picked list of first class sub contractors in all areas. We deliver speed, top quality workmanship and top class customer/client service in all works carried out! We can offer our services for any commercial fit outs/refurbishments.
