Anđela Nikolić

Anđela Nikolić is a Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Lead with a background in psychology and human resources. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Filozofski fakultet u Nišu and are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Anđela gained practical experience as a Human Resources Intern at Generali and is now working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at SR Technics Group. Their interests include organizational and industrial psychology, employee recruitment, organizational culture, and employer branding.
