SRC, Inc. has established a reputation for on time, on budget, first class results in creating new construction and exemplary renovation of medical and historical buildings. SRC has over fifty years of experience in general contracting, specializing in the creation and renovation of major institutional, academic, medical, and multi-use commercial facilities as well as multi-family complexes.

One of SRC’s most distinctive attributes is the degree of repeat business the company has enjoyed from satisfied customers. Our repeat business comes from customers who choose to bring SRC into the projects during planning phases to assist in the design, budget and implementation processes. We historically provide up front real marketplace feedback and analysis to help shape both budget issues as well as project design. By working together in partnership with our customers, we can produce projects that have a very high value-to-dollar-spent ratio.
