Manca Grom

Manca Grom is currently the Chief People Officer at SRC, where they leverage their extensive background in psychology and human resources. Previously, they held roles as a psychologist and HR consultant at COMPETO and served as a psychologist at Inštitut C.A.R. Manca gained experience in youth and children counseling through internships at Zavod Mladi zmaji and Vrtec Mladi rod. They also completed their Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Ljubljana and are pursuing psychotherapy training at the European Institute for Reality Therapy.
