Gregory Jakes

Gregory Jakes is an experienced software and firmware engineer currently serving as Sr Firmware Engineer, Lead Firmware Engineer, and Firmware Engineer at SRC since June 2013. Prior to this role, Gregory Jakes worked as a Web Developer at the International Multimedia Resource Center from September 2009 to May 2013, where responsibilities included designing and implementing dynamic content systems using PHP and MySQL, as well as developing websites in Drupal. Earlier experience at SRC includes internships and co-op positions focusing on FPGA design and digital engineering, where VHDL design for Xilinx FPGAs was a key responsibility. Gregory Jakes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University, obtained in 2013.
