James Licata is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mission engineering and business development within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Mission & Strategy Manager and Mission Engineering Strategist at SRC, Licata focuses on translating warfighter requirements into actionable design and development strategies. Prior roles include VP of Strategic Initiatives at Hidden Level Inc., where responsibilities encompassed guiding the technical roadmap and spearheading early-stage technology projects, and Business Development roles at Moog Space and Defense Group and Gryphon Sensors. Licata's career began at SRC, where participation in a leadership development program facilitated a diverse engineering background.
