Joann Campbell Maher

Joann Campbell Maher, MBA, Fellow, CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, has extensive experience in contract management, having served as Director of Contracts for SRC R&D since June 1996. In this role, Joann provides strategic direction and oversight for research and development contracts, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met across engineering and business teams. Previously, Joann held positions including Senior Contract Manager and Business Manager, demonstrating a deep understanding of federal and commercial contracting regulations and procedures. Prior experience includes serving as a Contracting Officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where Joann was responsible for federal contracting acquisition. Joann holds a Master of Business Administration from Le Moyne College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego.
