Mary L. Snyder

Mary L. Snyder is executive vice president, general counsel at SRC, Inc. She also serves as the secretary of the corporation.

Snyder is responsible for determining and directing all legal matters relating to SRC and its subsidiaries and affiliates. She ensures that the legal rights of the corporation are maintained, coordinates outside legal counsel and provides in-house guidance and counsel. She is also responsible for the compliance, risk management, and internal audit functions, as well as the contracts and procurement groups.

Snyder has been with SRC for six years and has over 15 years of experience advising organizations in matters of regulatory compliance, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining SRC, Snyder was an associate in the Bond, Schoeneck & King law firm, where she practiced in the litigation, labor and employment, corporate, and real estate departments of the firm.

Snyder is a member of SRC’s Diversity and Inclusion council, the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, Onondaga County Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and the New York State Bar Association. She is also an active board member of both the OCC Foundation and the Loretto Foundation. Snyder received the Pro Bono Service Award for the Onondaga County Bar Association in 2006, as well as the Biz Eventz Forty Under Forty award in 2014. Snyder holds a bachelor's degree from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Snyder is admitted to practice law in New York State.
