Matthew Downey

Matthew Downey serves as the Technology Director at SRC, a position held since December 1995, with a focus on Enterprise Architecture within the Intelligence Community since 2000 under the C4ISR DoDAF framework. Prior to SRC, Matthew held software engineering roles at Paralogix Corp from August 1992 to December 1995 and at Nielsen Media Research from December 1991 to August 1992. Matthew Downey earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Syracuse University between 1996 and 2000 and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut from 1979 to 1984.
