Steve Duning

SVP, Electronic Warfare & Services at SRC

Steve Duning is senior vice president, electronic warfare and services for SRC, Inc.

Duning manages all aspects of the electronic warfare and services division operations, including strategic planning, budgeting and developing a positive, innovative work environment for employees.

Duning has worked with SRC for more than 22 years and has extensive experience in engineering analysis of foreign military electronic equipment, program management and, as an office director, has led SRC’s Dayton office since its inception. Duning plays a key role in managing and increasing efficiencies in work-sharing across multiple locations and increased collaboration between SRC’s regional offices.

Duning is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He previously worked for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and received a letter of commendation from the Commander for his support to Operation Desert Storm. Duning serves on the board of Air Camp, Inc. and SRC Aus. He is a member of the United Way of Greater Dayton Area’s Steering Committee and the Association of Old Crows.
