650+ commercial global hires across -omics since 2012. One market, one focus.

SRC-Search is the specialist commercial recruitment firm in -omics. We place sales, marketing, support, and service professionals. From individual contributors to C-suite, across genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and every segment the field produces next.

We build the commercial engines behind some of -omics' most recognised platform companies and do the same for startups hiring their first commercial lead. From single hires to double-digit team builds, anywhere in the world.

Our consultants hold PhDs and understand the science behind the products our clients sell. That means shorter briefings, sharper shortlists, and placements that ramp up faster, stay longer, and outperform hires sourced elsewhere.

First shortlist in 10 working days.
Average time to hire: 45 days.
