Jill Messenheimer

Jill Messenheimer has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2010. Jill began their career as a Recruiter for Innovative Staffing Solutions, where they managed workers compensation cases, created and documented a procedure for HR functions such as hiring and evaluations, and wrote an orientation handbook for incoming international employees. In 2011, they took on an Accounting Intern role at Family Service of the Piedmont, where they worked with clinical software to update and monitor client insurance information, researched clients' accounts in order to apply payments and maintain accuracy, and processed services entered into software system to create billing reports. In 2013, they transitioned to ISS Technology, Inc. as a Human Resources professional. In 2015, they moved to Tensley Consulting Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and then to OPS Consulting, LLC in 2018 as a Technical Recruiter. Most recently, in 2021, they assumed the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at SRC Technologies Inc.

Jill Messenheimer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 2007 and 2010. In 2012, they were awarded a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they earned a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
