Margot B.

Margot B. has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2005. Margot started at ProSync Technology Group, LLC as a Proposal Coordinator/Staffing Manager in 2005. In 2010, they moved to Applied Signal Technology and took on the role of Capture Manager. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Tensley Consulting as the Director of Program Development and Strategy. Most recently, they have been at SRC Technologies Inc. since 2018, where they have held the roles of Chief Strategy Officer and VP of Operations.

Margot B. began their educational journey in 1998 when they earned their BA in Anthropology/Sociology from Kenyon College. In 2002, they attended Towson University, where they completed a Post Bac Pre-Medical Program, focusing on Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics. In 2007, they obtained their MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Competitive Strategy. Finally, in 2012, they earned their PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, with a focus on Earned Value Management/Procurement Planning.
