Ryan Huggins is the Director of Business Development at SRECTrade, Inc., where they focus on clean transportation markets and regulatory guidance to help businesses achieve their climate goals. With over a decade of experience in technical, legal, and regulatory fields, Ryan has held positions including Managing Member at PineSpire, where they championed e-vehicle charging incentives, and Co-Founder of Elevated Energy Partners, a consulting firm aiming to enhance investments in renewable energy assets. They have also previously worked as a Project Development Manager at CalCom Energy and a Water Rights and Resources Analyst. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Wesleyan University.
