Raju Vasdev is an accomplished professional in the Human Resource sector with over two decades of experience at SRF Limited. Currently serving as Head HR, Raju has played a pivotal role in establishing a culture of excellence within the organization and has significantly contributed to its Deming Journey. Raju's earlier positions at SRF Limited include Associate Vice President HR, TQM & Admin, and Chief Manager HR & TQM, where a high-performance work culture was institutionalized, leading to improved business outcomes in delivery and quality.
