Sri Lanka Dunks was founded in 2024 with a vision to bridge the gap between Sri Lankan athletes and the latest advancements in sports science. Recognising that our athletes were falling behind due to outdated training methods, I took the initiative to introduce modern jump training and strength & conditioning techniques used by top athletes worldwide. With over a decade of experience in national and international competitions, and training under NBA Strength & Conditioning coach Jimmy Mullins, I launched Sri Lanka’s first-ever dunk community and vertical jump program. Our mission is to revolutionise athletic performance in Sri Lanka by integrating cutting-edge training methods, biomechanics, and injury prevention strategies, ensuring that our athletes can compete at the highest level.
