Bruce Murphy is a highly experienced professional in the field of mining rock mechanics, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at SRK Consulting since February 2003. Prior experience includes managerial and engineering roles at Konkola Copper Mines plc, where responsibilities encompassed planning and technical services as well as regional geotechnical supervision, along with positions at ZCCM and ISCOR focusing on rock mechanics and engineering geology. Bruce Murphy's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mining Engineering (Rock Mechanics) from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Exploration Geology, supplemented by a Certificate in Rock Mechanics from Comro.
