Jonathan Sanders is an experienced mining engineer and consultant currently serving as an Associate Senior Consultant in Mining Engineering at SRK Consulting since October 2022. Previously, Jonathan held various managerial roles, including Project Manager and Quarry Manager at Downer Group and MACA Mining, where responsibilities included mine planning, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance. Prior leadership positions included Mine Manager at Mineral Resources Limited and Manager of Mining Engineering at Whitehaven Coal, among others. Jonathan's extensive background encompasses significant contributions to major mining projects such as the Pilgangoora Lithium Mine and Wodgina Mine, along with a solid educational foundation with a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Mining Engineering from Curtin University.
