Michael Lowry is a Principal Consultant in Resource Evaluation at SRK Consulting, bringing 24 years of geoscience experience in the West Australian mining industry. Their expertise encompasses gold, nickel, and iron ore commodities, with significant skills in mineral resource estimation, risk analysis, and project management. Michael has previously held roles at major companies including BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto, serving as a Competent Person for public reporting of mineral resources for eight years. They hold a Bachelor of Science and an Honors Degree in Geosciences from Victoria University of Wellington, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Geostatistics from Edith Cowan University.
