Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith is the Chief Operating Officer for North America and Principal Consultant in Corporate Advisory at SRK Consulting since July 2025, overseeing North American operations and offering specialized consulting in corporate advisory, including commercial/government debt and M&A. Prior roles included President of Advisory and Consulting for the Americas at SLR Consulting following its acquisition of RPMGlobal, where Stuart also served as President from June 2022 to July 2025, focusing on enterprise mining software and advisory services. Prior experience at SRK Consulting from 2014 to 2022 included General Manager for Canada and Director on the SRK Canada Board, managing operations and technical studies. Early career experience involved data and sample management at Scott-Smith Petrology Inc., contributing to academic publications and marketing initiatives. Stuart holds a Master's in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Capilano University.
