Tim McGurk

Tim McGurk has over 30 years of work experience in the mining and engineering industry. Tim currently works as the Group CEO at SRK Consulting, where they focus on strategic issues, communicates the vision and goals of the company, and serves as a director on various SRK CP Boards. Tim also maintains a technical practice working with clients. Prior to their current role, Tim held positions at Rio Tinto, Tarmac, Tara Mines (Outokumpu), Black Swan Nickel Mine, Normandy Mining, and Mount Isa Mines, where they gained expertise in mining engineering, project management, production, and underground operations. Tim McGurk has a consistent record of contributing to the success of various organizations in the industry.

Tim McGurk completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from the University of Adelaide between 1999 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Eng (Hons) degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 1985 to 1988.
