Dave Tomson

Dave Tomson is the Development Manager at SRM Development. Dave has over 20 years of experience in facility management and has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies that improve efficiency and lower costs.

Prior to joining SRM Development, Dave was the Director of Facility Services at Spokane Mental Health. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation. Dave also worked closely with the executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures that improved the overall operation of the facility.

Dave is a highly effective leader with a strong commitment to quality and customer service. Dave has a proven ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems. Dave is an excellent communicator and motivator, and is skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Dave Tomson completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Gonzaga University.

They work with Jamie Howard - Accounting Manager, Erik Benzel - Project Manager, and Andy Loos - Development Manager. Dave Tomson reports to Trevor Ashenbrener, Managing Principal, Construction.
