Erik Benzel

Erik Benzel has been working in real estate and construction for over 10 years. Erik started out as a Real Estate Manager at LB Stone Properties in 2010 and then moved on to Sterling Savings Bank in 2011 where they worked as an Internal Asset Manager & Construction Cost Estimator. In their current position as a Project Manager at SRM Development, Erik is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from pre-development through completion. Erik has a proven track record of successfully managing projects of all sizes and scope and is an expert in construction cost estimation.

Erik Benzel is a graduate of the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they earned their BSBA in finance and their Masters in Real Estate & Construction Management.
