Zenani Mawaka

Zenani Mawaka serves as the Regional Portfolio Manager at SRM Development since January 2025, drawing on extensive experience in property management and leasing roles. Previously, Zenani held the position of Community Director at Axis Residential, overseeing operations and enhancing tenant satisfaction across multiple properties. At FPI Management, as Assistant Community Director, a 242-unit affordable development was successfully leased up in ten months. Zenani also worked as a Leasing Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential, where significant occupancy and revenue growth was achieved. Zenani's career began at Pillar Properties as a Leasing Specialist, contributing to leasing activities in a luxury building. Zenani holds a degree from West Virginia University (2008-2012).
