Jose Santiso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and education. As the Founding Partner at SRM Consulting since 2004, Jose has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise. From 2004 to 2009, Jose served as an Associate Professor at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, teaching GIS-related courses and database management, utilizing tools like Intergraph Technology and Oracle Spatial Technology. Prior to this, Jose had a distinguished military career as a Lieutenant Colonel in the SP Army from 1983 to 2004, holding various leadership roles in the Signal Corps and Electronic Warfare. Jose's education includes numerous specialized courses from U.S. Defense Mapping Schools and SP Army institutions, focusing on Geographic Information Science, Cartography, and Telecommunications Engineering.
