Gerard Maas

Gerard Maas is currently the Head of PA/QA/CC at SRON Space Research Organisation Netherlands since 2025. Prior to this role, Gerard spent over three decades at Bradford Space as a Senior Product Assurance Engineer, where they managed product assurance for various manned and unmanned space missions and contributed to key safety engineering projects. Gerard also held a position as a quality specialist at Amgen from 2001 to 2002, focusing on process improvement and quality assurance. Gerard earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Hogeschool van Amsterdam between 1989 and 1993.
