Vikki Wardley

Vikki Wardley is the Head of Engineering at SRON Space Research Organisation Netherlands, where they lead a team of approximately 60 engineers in delivering high-precision space instrumentation for major international science missions. With 25 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams in global environments, Vikki has a passion for building high-performing teams and creating cultures where individuals can thrive. Their educational background includes two bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Science, as well as a Diploma in Business Management. Previously, Vikki held significant roles at companies such as Worley and Heerema Marine Contractors, where they excelled in project management and team leadership.
