Joseph Scott is an experienced professional with a strong background in systems analysis and customer support. Currently serving as a System Analyst at Tribute Technology and as a Support Analyst at SRS Computing since July 2018, Joseph has developed skills in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively. Previous experience includes roles at Carnegie Learning as a Customer Support Specialist, where first and second level support was provided, and as an Independent Contractor in a similar position.
