Gavin Macgregor is the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO at SRUC, where they lead a significant transformation program and oversee operational execution of the organization's strategy. With extensive experience in both the public and commercial sectors, Gavin has been instrumental in driving organizational change and employee engagement, earning multiple awards for excellence, including recognition as a winner of the HR Network Scotland Best Workplace Award.
