Jarkko Rantala

Jarkko Rantala is the SVP of Investments at SRV. Jarkko has been with the company since February 2012, and in their current role, they are responsible for real estate investments and divestments, project financing, transaction structures, and project structures. Prior to their current role, Jarkko was the office manager at Rakennus- ja Maalausliike Esa Raita Oy, where they were responsible for accounting, payment transactions, payroll computation, and IT administration. Jarkko also previously worked as a financial assistant at Rakennus- ja Maalausliike Esa Raita Oy and as a junior accountant at Isännöinti & Tilipalvelu Attentus Oy.

They work with Timo Nieminen - EVP, Deputy CEO & SVP, Strategic Project Development, Jorma Seppä - SVP, Housing Helsinki Metropolitan Area, and Kristiina Sotka - SVP, Human resources. Jarkko Rantala reports to Saku Sipola, President & CEO.
