Clay Estabrooke is currently the COO at SRVE and has served in this role since 2025. Previously, they were the Regional Vice President at Acumen Financial Advantage from 2021 to 2024 and held various positions including Senior Consultant at Executive Capital and Partner - Head of Trading Operations at Pardo Capital Limited. Their early career includes working as a Foreign Exchange Trader at Gelber Group LLC from 2007 to 2013. Clay is also active in youth sports, coaching U12 hockey for the Charleston Jr Stingrays since 2021 and having previously coached U14 hockey at the Winnetka Hockey Club from 2004 to 2021. They are pursuing a degree in Finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
