Tracey Coffey

Tracey Coffey, QIDP/QDDP, is an organized and accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in disability services, currently serving as the Regional Director at SRVS. They have held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at Nia Association and Regional Director at Support Solutions, where they significantly expanded programs and drove revenue growth. Tracey has a history of developing quality improvement plans and drafting policies that enable organizational compliance with regulatory standards. They are also engaged as a QA Consultant at Thomas' Supports INC and serve as an unpaid conservator, aiding individuals with disabilities in making informed choices. Tracey is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Special Education and Psychology at Austin Peay State University.
