Bryce MacCharles is currently the General Manager at The SSA Group, located on the USS Midway Museum, since 2025. Previously, Bryce held several key positions, including General Manager at Peohe's from 2019 to 2024, and General Manager at Karl Strauss Brewing Company from 2016 to 2018. Their experience also includes a role as Operating Partner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from 2015 to 2016, and co-owning Handlebar Hot Sauce from 2010 to 2016. Bryce earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management/Culinary from The Art Institute of California-San Diego, graduating in 2010.
