Carl Ryttmarker

Carl Ryttmarker serves as the UX & Service Design Manager at SSAB since April 2022, where significant contributions include establishing UX & Service Design for the Special Steels division and launching the Customer Journey Program. Additionally, Carl is the founder of DittExjobb.se, which is Sweden's largest digital platform for thesis projects and student programs, supported by the Berkeley International Study Program. Previous experiences include roles as an IT Project Manager at SSAB, a summer intern at Siemens Energy over three consecutive years, a teaching assistant at Lund University, and a research assistant at the University of California, Berkeley. Carl's academic background encompasses studies at the University of California, Berkeley and Lund University School of Economics and Management, as well as training from the Nielsen Norman Group and the Stockholm School of Economics.
