Devender Pal Khullar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as General Manager for the SSAB Saudi Factory and HWP Center in Dammam and the UAE since March 2008. Khullar played a pivotal role in establishing the SSAB Swedish Steel FZE office in the UAE and has successfully developed the Special Steel and Hardox Wear Parts business across multiple countries, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Ethiopia, Sudan, and Eritrea. Prior to this, Khullar held the position of Head of Section at Larsen & Toubro Limited Eutectic + Castolin Division from October 2000 to January 2002. Khullar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Larsen Toubro Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 1983 to 1987, and attended Montfort School from 1979 to 1983.
