Emmanuel Courbin

Emmanuel Courbin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital customer services and SAP solutions. Currently serving as Domain Manager for Digital Customer Services and Application Manager for M-Files at SSAB since July 2017, Emmanuel has previously held leadership roles such as Chairperson of the Helsinki Rugby Club, contributing to national championship victories in both rugby formats. Prior experience includes working as an SAP Technical Expert and Platform Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, and as an SAP Configuration Manager for invoicing workflows at Nokia. Emmanuel began a career in document management solutions as Services & Solutions Sales Executive at Agecom/Docexpert. Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Management from EDHEC Business School and has also studied at the Turku School of Economics.
