Jing Su

Jing Su is a Senior Research Engineer at SSAB, with extensive experience in materials engineering and research. Previously, Jing held positions at EVRAZ North America as a Level 4 and Level 3 Research Engineer, focusing on heavy-gauge line pipe product development, alloy design, and failure analysis. Prior to that, Jing served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung GmbH, specializing in microstructure design and high entropy steels, and conducted research at McGill University on thermomechanical processing of magnesium alloys. Jing's academic background includes a PhD and Master's degree in Mining and Materials Engineering from McGill University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Chongqing University.
