Johan Bergsten

Johan Bergsten serves as the IT Director and Head of IT for the Special Steels Division at SSAB, overseeing the IT organization comprising six departments across Sweden, China, and the US, which supports round-the-clock operations at multiple steel mills and processing sites globally. Previously, Johan held roles including Chief Architect and IT Strategy leader, IT Manager for the Project Management Office, and Project Manager within the SSAB Tunnplåt IT organization. Earlier experience includes a consultancy position at Sogeti. Johan holds a BSc in Computer Science from Dalarna University and completed an executive education program at the Stockholm School of Economics in 2014.
