Per Obrelius

Per Obrelius is an experienced professional in digital transformation and maintenance management, currently serving as the Interim Head of Digital Transformation at SSAB since September 2019, previously holding the position of Maintenance Manager. Before SSAB, Per Obrelius worked at AstraZeneca in the same capacity from May 2017 to September 2019 and was a Senior Consultant in Industrialization & Operational Excellence at Sigma Industry from April 2016 to May 2017. An extensive career at Schneider Electric from September 2006 to April 2016 included managing Industrialization and Materials departments. Prior roles include Production Manager at Thorsman & Co AB, Program Manager at Applied Composites AB focusing on defense projects, and Project Manager at Saab AB, where significant advancements in production technology were achieved. Per Obrelius earned a Master of Science degree in Machine Technology from Linköping University in 1990.
