Salman Azim

Salman Azim is a proficient Data/Automation Engineer currently employed at SSAB since June 2023. Prior to this role, Salman served as a Commissioning Engineer at Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe from September 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included the commissioning of Rocla AGV solutions. Additionally, Salman contributed to Tampere University of Technology as an M. Sc. Thesis Worker, developing a Universal gripping solution for a robot-based soldering workcell. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineer in Industrial Service at EMKAY Enterprises Limited, conducting electrical safety audits in garment industries, and serving as an Assistant Engineer at KYCR Coil Industries Limited. Salman holds a Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh.
