Sisko Kivistö

Sisko Kivistö is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the HR field. Currently serving as the Head of HR at SSAB Raahe mill since August 2022, Sisko is a key member of the management team. Prior to this role, Sisko was the Chief Human Resources Officer at KPA Unicon from 2017 to August 2022, overseeing HR, culture, communication, HSEQ operations, and team coaching. Sisko also held the position of HR Manager at Outokumpu from 2008 to 2016, managing HR for over 2,200 employees across multiple locations. Earlier career experience includes working as an HR Specialist at Telia Company, focusing on expatriate HR, employee relations, and payroll management. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Administration from the University of Lapland and certification as a Business Coach, along with pursuing an HR master’s degree at the Marketing Institute.
