Sofia Lundkvist is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in the metals and raw materials sector. Currently serving as Procurement Manager for Alloys, Fluxes & Refractories at SSAB since August 2022, Sofia has previously held various roles at SSAB, including Commodity Manager and Strategic Purchaser. Sofia’s expertise in strategic purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiation has been honed through positions at Höganäs Sweden AB as a Strategic Purchaser and at SSAB in different capacities related to raw materials. Sofia holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Luleå University of Technology and has pursued additional education in procurement and supply chain management. Early career roles include positions in sales and store management, showcasing a diverse background that complements procurement expertise.
