Tuomas Puru is an experienced procurement and commodity manager with a master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oulu. Currently serving as the Procurement & Commodity Manager for Energy and Air Gases at SSAB since April 2017, Tuomas oversees the procurement of electricity, fuel gases, liquid fuels, and air gases. Previous roles include Commodity Manager for packing materials at SSAB, Strategic Purchaser at Air Liquide Finland Oy focusing on the Large Industry business area in Nordic Countries, and investment procurement positions at SSAB and Ruukki Metals Oy.
