Jim Evans is a highly respected leader with a proven track record in delivering complex proposals, programmes, and enterprise performance in fast-moving environments. They served as Director and Senior Consultant at Javelin Management Solutions from 2016 to 2018, and held various significant roles, including Head of Operational Sustainment for the UK F35 Lightning Programme at Defence Equipment & Support from 2018 to 2023. With a strong foundation in engineering, Jim obtained a BSc (Honours) in Air Transport Engineering from The City University, London, and a Master of Defence Administration from Cranfield University. Currently, they contribute as the SSAFA Lincolnshire County Chairman, supporting Armed Forces families.
