Chad Kooser

Chad Kooser has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and business development. Chad currently works at SSATI as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Resourcing, overseeing the recruitment process and strategic staffing initiatives. Prior to this role, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at SSATI, where they played a key role in industry analysis and helped the company achieve recognition as a top employer in Baltimore.

Before joining SSATI, Chad worked at FEI Systems as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they collaborated with senior executives to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and criteria for successful team performance. Chad also played a role in agile and continuous delivery efforts, and developed digital marketing strategies.

Chad's previous experience includes working at Xerox as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they organized marketing campaigns and collaborated with executives to define KPIs for technical solutions teams. Chad also worked at Kaztronix LLC, first as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Business Development Manager. In these roles, they worked closely with program directors and managers to identify KPIs and address impediments to team performance. Additionally, they were involved in industry analysis and contributed to the company's recognition as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Inc. 500 Magazine rankings.

Chad's career began as a Summer Legal Intern at Michael L. Sandul, PA, where they gained experience in client interviewing, case filing, and court trial assistance.

Chad Kooser holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and International Studies from Virginia Wesleyan University. Chad obtained a High School Diploma from North County High School, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. In addition to their formal education, Chad has gained additional certifications such as Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Writing a Proposal, AWS Business Professional, and Influencing Others. Chad obtained these certifications from institutions like LinkedIn and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the months of October and August 2020.
