Tom Freriks

Tom Freriks is currently an Informatiemanager at SSC-ICT, where they oversee operational teams responsible for ensuring connectivity for 45,000 civil servants. Previously, they served as a Business Consultant at Evolve IP Europe and a Delivery Consultant & Trainer at Mtel, where they facilitated the implementation of communication solutions and supported client relationships. Tom completed their education in Technische Informatica at ROC ID College Gouda, followed by degrees in MER from Hogeschool Rotterdam and Voiceobjects from Voxeo University Germany.
